Report Grouping in an audit report

Hi, I have several reports and I group them using the "Group" button. On this particular report on an audit, I'm trying to group by the Department Name so the report can collapse for various departments to see what spaces still need audited. But I get an error. "Not finding the rows you're looking for... it might be out of view" See snips. How do I fix this? I can't click on them to open it up an see anything other than the Department names.

You will need to adjust the filter so it pulls in less rows. Maybe separate reports for each department.
