Automations best practice
I'm attempting to get familiar with automations in Smartsheet.
In the example screenshot attached...
Should I instruct Henry McNeal whose task is currently 'In Progress' to change the status on his row to 'Complete' once it is finished - after which he should change June Taylors task to 'In Progress" which will trigger an email to June Taylor. I'll be setting up the automation called 'when rows are changed (i.e. status column to 'In Progress'), alert someone'
Is this the best way or am I'm not approaching it correctly?
