Displaying initials of 'created by'.

Hi, just wondering if there is a way to only display the initials of whomever created a rule, instead of full name. Is there a formula to do so, do I need to make a sub-sheet so-to-say to get that working?

I am aware it has been suggested in column option and has been taken 'into consideration' by SS november '23 (or is it january? you silly Americans... ;) ), but that's WYSIWYG and not yet available, just wondering if there is a workaround.

You must rename the people or use a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to get it in another format.
