Moving a row from one sheet to another sheet using an automation
I am just starting to use Smartsheet, particularly in the creation process, and I'm navigating my way through it slowly. In previous instances, Smartsheets were already created for me and my team's use.
Currently, I am attempting to set up tracking for open quote requests to manage our workload effectively and communicate customer expectations. I've created two sheets - one for open requests and one for completed ones. My goal is to have every row meeting the automation criteria triggered and moved to the completed sheet. While I can get them to move from the open request sheet when triggered, they seem to disappear somewhere and are not transitioning to the completed quote sheet.

Have you scrolled all the way to the bottom of the sheet? Do you have both sheets open when you trigger the automation?

@Paul Newcome, thank you I never went all the way to the bottom, just about half way and they are at the bottom. I have to do some research on how to get them to move to the top of the page. When you ask if I have both sheets open when the trigger occurs, is this something that should be open or not open?

If you delete those empty rows from the sheet entirely, everything should start working as expected.
Having both sheets open could cause delays in the data being visible because of the browser's refresh rate.
