Can you move Completed Tasks to a different sheet while copying their Parent to the sheet?

I manage 20+ projects and have a master tracker sheet that is used in our weekly status updates with the team. The way we manage tasks is creating children of each project, where each project is a parent. There would be hundreds of tasks throughout the lifetime of the project, and ideally I could check off that they are complete and they can move to a "Completed Task Archive" while retaining a connection with the Parent Project.

Is this possible?

    Hi @User 57639847503487

I hope you're well and safe!

Yes, you could either include the parent information on each child row or assign each child a unique ID to tie them to the parent. Using cross-sheet formulas, you could reference the parent information in the archive.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
