How to access sheets/dashboards on a Pro plan from a canceled Business subscription

My company had a Business subscription for several years and decided to cancel it recently.

I was the only one using Smartsheet. Over this time period I've created a number of sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.

I signed up for a Pro subscription now in the hope that I can still access my things, but without success.

Does anyone know how I can access my old files?

You would have to be able to still sign in to your other account and then share it to your new account. Even then there are restrictions on what a user on a Pro plan can own vs a user on a Business plan, and you may not be able to have full access to everything anyway.
