Can someone please help?  I cannot figure out why this formula is not working.

Fyi..the Current Designation column is column number 2.

    Stephanie,

    I think a couple tips will help you out.  Your selection for the look up table should include both the look up data column and the column with the return values you want in the Results.  Also the look up data column must be the left most column of your selected columns.
