JIRA Issue Key Hierarchy - How to get a task within a Feature?
Hello, I'm trying to test out the JIRA connector and want to set up a Feature (as my main project umbrella) and then add the subsequent 'Tasks' or 'Subtasks' within the 'Feature'. How can I accomplish this using Smartsheet?
Below you can see I tried to create a feature and then a task, but it just created the task in JIRA outside of the Feature.
This is how I set this up in Smartsheet to test it out:
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Figured it out! You need to add in the Feature Link column in order to add that in on the 'task' line in order to link it to the 'Feature'. That will sync the 'task' under the 'feature' itself.
That worked for me.
