Data integrity when multiple users updating Smartsheet and Dynamic Views

Need logic that detects when a user is making a change to a cell where the source has been changed since they accessed it, when they try to save. The application should prevent them from overriding changes that were made by another user at the same time, advising them that they need to re-access the data and apply their changes.
