Having issues with an alert someone workflow

I am trying to make an alert someone workflow and I want smartsheet to alert me when one of my columns has certain values picked. I am picking the column but then the drop down menu to pick the values will not come up and I can't figure out why. My Status column is a dropdown menu column that is not restricted to only the values but does let you have multiple values. Why won't the values come up in my workflow to choose from? I only want the value "activated" to be alerted to me.

@Kristen Colangelo You can add a condition/filter block right below the Trigger block. Then you can select one of the dropdown items.
