Report on Tasks by Assigned User across multiple Sheets
Dear all,
I´m familiar with the usage of the 'current user' filter in reports on multiple sheet. This works good as long you want to provide individual lists to the user opening/using a report.
I do look for an option to build a report on tasks categorized by the user assigned. The field 'Assigned To' is not available in the selection for this feature.
Does anybody have an idea?
Greetings
René

Hi Andrée,
I would like to create a report across multiple sheets, which lists all tasks are pending/in progress by 'Assigned To'. Unfortunately we sometimes work with multiple names as 'Assigned To'.
When I use the 'Group' feature it will no allow me to select the field 'Assigned To'. Maybe this is caused by the usages of 'multiple contacts per cell'!?
Many thanks for your feedback

You cannot group a report by a multi-select column.

Happy to help!
Unfortunately, it's impossible to group it when it's a multi-select column.
- As a possible workaround, you could split out all options into separate columns and then use them for the Current User filter.
Make sense?
