SmartSheets U not giving me free Admin Certification attempt?

I received an email from SmartSheets to complete three pre-trainings and I would get a free attempt at the Admin Certification. I have completed all three and downloaded my badge and done everything instructed, but when I go to the Admin Certification, it is still charging me to take the exam. Am I missing something? Anyone else get the email and free attempt? If so, how did you get the Admin Certification to give you the one free attempt? what am I doing wrong?

Just checking - are you sure you're logged in when you go to the Admin certification?

Otherwise I would contact Support.
