Dynamic View - Creating with a Report

I have a report that I want to have within Dynamic View. In looking at the report, I don't have any filters, grouping, summarization or sorting selected. Below are the steps that I am doing

Open Dynamic View
Click 'Create View'
Select the Report
Click 'Create'

When I click Create, nothing happens. I have been able to create other views with Reports so I'm wondering, is there a row limit that can be brought into Dynamic View for Reports? I have 533 sheets for the Source in my report.

Any guidance would greatly be appreciated

Can you clarify what type of Report you're attempting to select?

Dynamic Views work off of the grid of a sheet, so you can use a Row Report to create a View but there currently isn't a way to use a Summary Report as the source. Here's the note on this in the Sheet Summary Report help article.

Let me know if selecting a Row Report resolved what you're seeing!

I'm curious about this answer as well. I tested your steps listed above and I got the same results as you did. And the create box was not available for me to click. Normally, I don't use a report to create a dynamic view, I just create a filter on the sheet.

Thanks Genevieve! I was using a Summary Report and not a row report. When I do use a Row Report it does work correctly.
