Is there a way to generate a customized letter in document generation?

I have been reviewing document generation capabilities and it appears that the only documents that the system generates from a Smartsheet are invoices. Is there a way to generate a customizable letter template?

Background: Our team creates thank you letters that go to our constituents. They have a basic template and then there is customized information added.

Yes, you can generate letters, invoices, contracts, charters, and everything else in between as long as you create the template in Adobe Acrobat or similar.
