No editing actions despite being a licensed user
Hey, 3 days ago my manager gave me access to our company smartsheet account by making me a licensed user. I accepted the invitation, and my information shows on the Smartsheet User Management page. However, I haven't been able to add new columns or make specific changes to our main sheet. I tried accessing from a different browser and still nothing. Can somebody help?

What sharing level were you provided on the sheet in question? In order to add a column, you'd need at least Admin permissions on that specific sheet. Here's a table showing permission levels and actions:

I'm having this same problem as Dayana, and I have Admin permissions on my company's sheets. There seems to be a malfunction going on.

You will need to be both an Admin on the sheet as well as a Licensed user in order to add columns. Can you double check that your account meets both criteria? See: Identify your Smartsheet plan and user type
