Results are not being highlighted on the search results of an opened PDF Attachement

When a user open a PDF and use CTRL +F, the number of results are shown, but the matches arent being highlighted or page does not scroll to the matches. Is there something else that needs to be done other than downloading the file.

Hi @heyjay

If you're using the Preview option in Smartsheet where the PDF is showing over top of the sheet, then CTRL + F is the browser "search" which is why the pages do not scroll. You would need to either open the file in a New Tab (CTRL + T or on a Mac, Command + T) or download it to your desktop and open it from there.
