Browse function gives message no access

For the past few weeks, when I first select browse, I get the message that I don't have access. If I select another function, e.g. recent, and then select Browse again, then all of a sudden I can see all my sheets and workspaces. I'm not sure what changed but how do I get it to open up on first attempt?

Try logging out, clearing your browser's cookies and cache, then logging back in again.
