Automation: Pulling Data when Actual end date is past baseline end date

I would like to make a sheet that we use to record the details on why items on a project may have been delayed.

My goal: Anytime a task gets marked as completed, with the actual end date PAST the baseline end date, the row is copied over to another sheet.

I cannot seem to make that work with automation - does anyone have something like this?

You would need to create a helper column that flags rows where the actual is past the baseline then leverage that in your automation.
