Multiple questions in the 1 form
Hello
I am trying to create an order form in Smartsheets using the form function. I have created it so 1 item can be ordered but how do i set up this up so staff can order multiple items in the 1 form?
I thought maybe have a question, "would you like to add another item? if yes then i would use the same columns to trigger "i.e item, size" but i see these form fields available
I have a feeling this isn't possible.
Thank you

Hi @Laura G,
If you have a Business license plan and above, this can be done via Smartsheet's conditional logic built into their forms (more info here): https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2481701-use-conditional-logic-to-streamline-form-submissions
With conditional logic, you'll be able to build your form fields, and only display those fields when "would you like to add another item" is selected as "yes".
Cheers,
Ric

Hi Ric
Thanks i know how to do that part which is good. If someone selects yes, how to i add those repeated columns in?
Keep in mind, the columns were answered in the first part of the form

Hi @Laura G
I hope you're well and safe!
This might help.
I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

Hi Andree
Thanks for reaching out. It is a great solution set up, thanks for sharing the other day. Once i set up conditional logic to order 1 item. How can a second item be ordered without having to fill the "part" form again?
