Do not see "snapshot" option to request previous version of document.

Hello,

I have researched a fix on my own for 2 hours but I give up. Can you help?

I messed up and would like to go back to a previous version of my document. I hear I go to "file" then "view activity log" then search for version I want to request, then supposedly a "request snapshot" should appear. It does not. I work for a company that uses Smartsheet. The tech desk says I am a licenced user so I believe I should be able to see that feature. Does anyone know why I can only download the history log and cannot request a snapshot of previous version? Much appreciated as my whole sheet disappeared when I tried to run an automation to move completed status rows to another sheet. The target sheet does not have the items in it either so I can't just move them back.

What access to you have? You have to be the owner or admin to access the snapshots.

I am the owner of the sheet. It still does not appear as an option. Any other thoughts?

Figured it out! I did not realize that not every line of the history can give a snapshot. Once I scrolled down a bunch, I found lines with down arrows where I could request a snapshot! Thanks.
