Moving Cell Text to the Next Row when Current Row is Marked as Complete?
Basically, we have a column that has different letters as 'indicators' to pull different reports. For our Project Managers, we have a PM milestone row with the indicator 'PM' in this row on our project sheet. The PM is the contact in that row and their report will show them any projects that they're the contact on the PM row for. We're looking into getting rid of this row and just placing the contact and PM indicator on the next task row which has not been completed. Is there a way to essentially automate this? Like for instance, if I complete a task on one row, can I have an automation or formula that will move the PM indicator to the row below it, as well as add the PM contact info to the new row?

Here is a link to a thread that should help get you started. It has ways of flagging the next task. Once you flag the next task, you can use an IF statement in a contact formula that will output the email address on whatever row is flagged as next.
