It would be great if we could set the automations to our time zone rather than having to adjust to PST.

Maybe there is a dropdown right beside the time entry. It the default should be to the user's actual local timezone and not some ambiguous "system timezone" in case you are working away from the office (on a beach somewhere far away;)
As one of the system admins, it is absurd to me that I cannot view or have access to all of the items created in my organization.
