Publish a Card View to a Dashboard

In the Product Development Template Dashboard, there is a Card View on the Dashboard. I tried to replace that with a Card View for my stuff (the default one had default Smartsheet data in it) but every time I update the web content widget's address with the new one, it goes back to Gantt view. How can I have it default to the Card View in the Dashboard?

Ensure that you've selected Card View as the default view.
