The "Get a sheet data" Action in Power Automate does not retrieve the Row ID. That fact makes working with the "When a new row is created" Trigger very limited in usefulness as there isn't a way to directly associate the triggering row and the sheet data. Users really need a straightforward unique ID they can use to match up the correct row from the sheet data.

MUST HAVE!🤩
I cannot express how important this functionality, but I can tell you it's a pain point on every automation I have to write for Smartsheet for the same reason the OP mentioned. I'm reduced to ABSURD amounts of cross referencing to get this information simply because of the way the data and functions are structured. Having the Row ID included in the Dynamic Content would solve the issue.
The easiest way I found to do this is to use the get sheet function and then filter based on the row's created date and time which is also included in the dynamic content. It won't work for everyone in every scenario, but our rows are created far enough apart (rows not added via automation with similar created date/time) in time where I can get away with this terrible workaround.
