Counting user login between 30-89 days

The data set tracks each time a user logs in. I need metrics on users who have logged in between 30-89 days, but I only need to count the most recent instance.
Also, I am using data shuttle to bring it in, so I'd like to filter out the duplicate emails keeping only the most recent instance.
