Sending responses from intake form to two different sheets.
I am in the process of creating an intake form and would like the responses to go to two different sheets based on a trigger word.
Example: We have two different departments (Sales and IT). The request form I created allows the requester to enter which department the request should go to. The select department column is called Department Request.
Currently we have all request coming to one sheet and both, sales and IT departments, can see the request.
Is there a formula or workflow, that can separate the request based on Sales and IT trigger words into two separate sheets?

You could have the form go to one sheet then set up an automation to move the row to the appropriate sheet based on the response of that cell.

Ok. I can set up a dummy sheet and then set up a workflow to move that row to the appropriate sheet (Sales / IT) based on the trigger word.
