Calendar view of all Projects, the resources assigned to the projects, and their associated allocati
We are looking for a way in SmartSheet to present all projects (ideally, can be sorted/filtered by workspace) and the resources assigned to each project, and the associated allocation in a calendar view. I have created a quick mock up of the presentation attached.
No capability to do Reports in the required Calendar view.

You just need to to look carefully at the design you use to achieve this. Everything you need is already there for you (or at least 90%) but you will need Uniformity of individual sheet design and a plan to cascade KPI data upwards in a pyramid style, using cell linking, so depending on which level you seek data at, you see the right amount of info for that level. As you go higher to CEO level, they see less, but the data is the highest level of KPI, with the ability for them to drill back down when they don't like what they see, so the issue can be resolved. We call that type of set up, a "Portfolio View".
This is not a 5 minute job, but well worth the effort of great Workflow design.
I do think your visuals will be more inforrmative using Gantt rather than calendar though.
