Smartsheet consistently throwing 500 errors when accessed with Power BI connector

Hi all. My team uses the Smartsheet Power BI connector to pull data into our reports. Starting 2/3/2024, Smartsheet has been consistently throwing 500 errors. I tried doing a regular API call using the Smartsheet API and there were no issues. Has anyone else experienced this issue with Smartsheet and Power BI? What did you do to fix it?
