Autoset Baselines

Adding the ability to trigger baselines to be set automatically based off milestones setup in a project plan. Could be setup in an automation workflow, but ultimately when a milestone/task is reached on the project plan it would trigger SmartSheet to set the baselines/create a new baseline. That way you can check through patterns between plans on common areas that projects experience delays.
