Offline forms, enable once?

Hello

I need a form to be available offline which i have enabled while i have connection to the internet.

I want to know if the form is used 50% offline and 50% online; if it sits in offline mode do all of the submissions stay pending until the user has internet connection AND if the form is enabled for offline but the user has a internet connection, will the form data update the sheet immediately?

I want to avoid having to change the form from off and online constantly regardless if the user has a connection or not
