Update Request Automation for Multi-select contact list column

Hi,

I am using update request automation for a multi-select contact list column. I have 3 email ids in that column so the update request will flow to all 3 but all 3 are able to update through that form. I want if one person has updated then the form should be cancelled so rest 2 should not be able to update. Please suggest how to do that.

As mentioned in some older help posts on this topic, a possible workaround is to have an automation that locks the row after an update. Then, at least, the others can't use their update request links to make further changes.
