Daily Task Flow

Hello - I have a team who wants to run their daily task flow in smartsheet. I have created the basic flow, how do I create a new occurrence today and log the previous day responses? The completion of today's could go out three business days. Should I consider using a form? Anyone else doing anything better?

I hope you're well and safe!

There are a couple of options.

• Have an archive sheet and copy the tasks to it. And then reset/clear the tasks.
• Add the same tasks for multiple days and then use a filter or a report to show the tasks for the specific day. (I developed something similar for a store chain for daily tasks)

Hello @Andrée Starå! I ended up moving the tasks over to columns and put my running dates in rows. It creates a lot more rows but overall keeps it cleaner I believe. I did have a challenge figuring out how to do a running date in my date column, ended up doing in excel and copying over.
