One of my staff cannot see information on the Smartsheet

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist with my an issue I am facing regarding seeing information on the Smartsheet. One of my staff has access to the Smartsheet but cannot see the information on the Smartsheet. Is there anyway we can resolve this?

I've had similar issues, but there's a lot of things that can happen. Can you describe in more detail what is set up? What type of documents are you using?

Is your staff member shared to the workspace that contains the sheet?

The most common reason that this happens is the user is shared to a report and not the source sheet. They would need access to both in order to view or update the source.
