Substituting a user

We are using workflows all over the company.
Today, when a person leaves a company, we remove him/her and the system then sends an e-mail to the sheet owner if the workflow was unable to run .
However, it would be much easier if we could get at least a report with all the workflows the person is in - mentioned as a person in the worklfow. This would be easier to be able to change all the workflows that need changing.
Even better, if a person is replaced, then even better would be to have an option to exchange the persons in all the workflows.
But a report at least would do to have an overview.
