Edited Form cannot be used for adding new Row in a Card View

I have edited a form with new fields / removed old fields, marked required. Saved the form.

Checked the new form. comes up fine.

I go back to the Card View. In the Card View when I try to create a new Record (Row) it still pulls up the old Form.

Example. I have made description field multi-line (5 lines). it still shows up in a narrow single line.

So, how do I get the form working. So far support could not help!

Can you provide screenshots of exactly what you are clicking on that brings up the old form?

But when I create a new Row (new Entry) , it pulls up the old form.

My ask is very simple, "How do I edit the "Edit Row Screen" to Add / remove the fields I want to be populated while entering a new Row / Item

So when you edit the row or add a new row directly in the card view, you are not using a form. That is the row menu which is completely separate from any forms created. You cannot edit this menu in the same way.
