Send reminders

do you know if It is possible to send reminders every two weeks to the people how has access to a sheet?

    Hi, this is possible, you can send automated reminder emails!

    You'll want to use a workflow, which you can get to using the Automation option in the top menu of the sheet. To make it easy: Choose the "Create workflow from template" option and then choose the "Remind someone on a specific date" template.

    In the Trigger section of the workflow, change the Run "Once" to "Custom" and then you can choose to have it repeat every 2 weeks.

    In the Conditions section you can use a very general condition that all rows meet, if you're not trying to remind about specific rows. Eg. if you have a "Project ID" column, the condition could be that the Project ID field is not blank.

    In the Alert someone section, you can change the "Send to specific people" to a different option that sends to everyone shared to the sheet. You can also customize the message that will be in the email.
