How do I get to Settings > Bulk Management > Custom Fields?
Hello folks.
My apologies if you are rolling your eyes at such a simple question. I am new to Smartsheets.
I have been "tossed into the deep end of the pool" as it were. We recently found that our ticketing software was not being renewed by new management. As a result I created a stopgap solution in ClickUp but that will also not be renewed later this year and I was asked to work on a replacement in Smartsheets.
I've found a template and I am well on my way. I need to add several dependent fields to my intake form. I found instructions on how (link below) but I'm new to Smartsheets and having trouble with the initial navigation.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for help in creating a form for intake or are you working in Brandfolder? The article you linked to is a Brandfolder based article.

I have created a form for Intake. I do not believe I am working in Brandfolder (not even sure what this is).
