How do I get to Settings > Bulk Management > Custom Fields?

Hello folks.

My apologies if you are rolling your eyes at such a simple question. I am new to Smartsheets.

I have been "tossed into the deep end of the pool" as it were. We recently found that our ticketing software was not being renewed by new management. As a result I created a stopgap solution in ClickUp but that will also not be renewed later this year and I was asked to work on a replacement in Smartsheets.

I've found a template and I am well on my way. I need to add several dependent fields to my intake form. I found instructions on how (link below) but I'm new to Smartsheets and having trouble with the initial navigation.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
