Auto populate 2 columns

Hello, I am looking to auto-populate 2 columns: the Name of the user through which the user has signed in and the date/time when the changes are being made. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

You can use the system generated columns for this. Click on the column name and choose Edit Column Properties.

Then select the type you want:
