Unable to Insert Column (Admin Pro User)

I am listed as an Admin and have a Pro account, yet I am still unable to insert a column to sheets? I have logged out, logged back in, closed the window and still noting. It allows me to select "Insert Column to Left" and pick that I want it to be text/number and even give it a column name, but I am unable to click OK in the new column window.

    @PSSKristen Do you have admin rights to the sheet you are trying to manage? Being an admin to the SS platform for your company does not by default give you admin rights to workspaces/sheets. You need to be explicitly added at the workspace or sheet level.

  • I am having this same issue. I just bought the PRO level today. I confirmed I am an Admin for the sheet I'm working on. It allows me to click Insert Column Left (or Right) and then gives me the pop up to choose the column type, but it never allows me to click OK. Please help!
