Document Builder and Docusign

I have created created a DocuSign template with fields and mapped document on Document Builder. I am testing with a draft and none of the information from Smartsheets is populating to agreement in DocuSign. Please help!

Try with the below steps:

Ensure all fields are properly mapped to the corresponding data 

Field names and data types match between source and target

Check that the data you expect to populate into the DocuSign agreement exists and is correctly formatted

I figured it out! I was setting up the DocuSign as PDF, not to the receiver. Thanks for the help:-)
