Sheet Summary data not updating on Dashboard

My sheet summary data is intermittently not updating or very delayed in updating on my Dashboard. What makes it even weirder is that part of the sheet summary information from the same sheet will update, but another part of it will not. How can I fix this? Is there a known issue with this?

Do the fields that are not updating, or the data they refer to, use the TODAY() function in a calculation? If yes, then is it possible that the sheet where the data resides isn't not being saved, accessed, or opened for several days at a time? (Daily automation counts as accessing the sheet)? The TODAY() function will lose track of what day it is if the sheet is dormant for a few days at a time. See this help topic for instruction. I personally use Option 1 on all my sheets.

If this is not the issue, could you share which metrics are updating and which are not (and what are their differences either in formula or the data they are referencing)

Thanks for the response. No the formulas in the Sheet Summary fields do not use the TODAY() function. I ended up putting in a ticket and there was a system issue found and fixed.
