Hey @H Hill
Change the email timing from 'when triggered' to one of the delayed timings. Note that the 'Daily' and 'Weekly' are determined by pre-set Smartsheet times.
You can find specifics of the timings here.
Does this work for you?

Hi @H Hill
I see you have {{placeholders}} in the body of the message - this will be why you're seeing individual emails:
- Placeholders in Alert actions in change-based workflows generate separate notifications if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the system removes the custom subject and body.
Here's more information: Tips for working with placeholders

Sorry I am new to smartsheets, so I have no idea what you are referring to re placeholders, what is in this message that is preventing the automated email from being sent with all the lines contained on one email. Please can you send over what needs to be changed/removed?
Thanks,
Helen

Hi @H Hill
No worries, I'm happy to help clarify!
In the Alert part of the workflow, the custom text written has sections of it that use {{these curly brackets}}. This references data in the row that's being sent, so it dynamically brings content from your row into the email message.
For example, if I have a column called "Assigned To" and my name is in that cell, then in the Subject line of the Alert block I say:
"Hi {{Assigned To}}"
Then the email message appears in my inbox as:
"Hi Genevieve"
Or if the row had your name in the cell then the email will say
"Hi Helen"
However since that content is dynamic and depends on the specific row being sent, the email needs to be sent as an individual email, so it can put that information in the Subject and/or Body of the message. Does that make sense?
