Smartsheet continues not to load. Support login not available.
Every time I've tried to access my sheets and workapp, the service is slow and doesnt load. I've tried restarting, logging out and in and accessing the support site (which doesn't load....not sure why since I have a paid account as a former employee).
Please help - I need access to this data asap for tax purposes.

screenshot attached. Your status site doesnt appear to show any issues but I continue to incur this everytime I access Smartsheet. I've cleared cache, cookies, browsing history.

There are no current status issues with Smartsheet (see: https://status.smartsheet.com/). Is there any chance this could be related to the speed of your internet connection?
I know you've cleared cache and logged out, but what about accessing Smartsheet from a different browser all together? This article has more information: Issue: Smartsheet is continuously loading, not responding, or not displaying certain items
