so Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.

is there a way to keep the 7 or more rows that are triggered to keep the subject and body of the update request??

Up to six of less than that will work perfectly

If seven or more rows are triggered simultaneously, the custom subject and body will be removed, and a single notification will be generated for all triggered rows
