Translated by a Moderator as the Community is currently only supported in English, Spanish, German, and Japanese.

A colleague changed his e-mail address about a couple of years ago.

Although I deleted his old Smartsheet account linked to his old e-mail address, when the colleague logs in he is still redirected to the old account I had deleted.

Old e-mail address with end part: .ext@cefla.it

New e-mail address with ending part: @cefla.co.uk

    Options

    We have to ensure there are no other services or integrations that might still be using the old email address for authentication.

    Accounts can be linked across different services.
