Third Party Access without required new account

I invited my client to view a Gantt chart schedule. He says he can't access it without signing up for a SmartSheet account. I've used it in the past with other clients. How can my client gain access without signing up (which he cannot do due to his organization's policies)?

Did you try the Publish option as shown in the following screenshot? And send the HTML link to your client.
