How to change the color of a parent row if something is triggered in the child rows.
I currently have a setting so that if a comment is made in the last 6 days, the row turns blue. Although, I am trying to see if there is a way to also change the color of a parent row if there is a blue row under it. So that if everything is collapsed, you can still tell by the parent row that something new has been added in that section.

@Alicia D You could do this through a Helper Column. What criterion do you use to apply the conditional formatting? I am guessing you have a column that produces a result that has a True/False setting to determine if the comment was in the past 6 days?

Hello @JamesB, here is what I did to create this:

You should be able to use this as a column formula in a helper column and then base the conditional formatting on the numeric result.
=COUNT(CHILDREN([Date Task/ Comment is Added in the Last 6 days]@row))

@JamesB this is what it says when I try that:

I am not getting the error in my helper column. Below I have your column "Date Task/ Comment is Added in the Last 6 days" and then I have a helper column named "Child" where I have the formula above.
Does your Date Task/ Comment is Added in the Last 6 days column have any cells in error?
