Flag or notify if a cell is blank after a date in another cell.

I have a received column and an approved column. I need a formula or workflow that will notify someone if the approved column is blank 3 days after the date in the approved column.

I would use a flag type column with the following formula:
=IF(AND([Approval Status Column]@row = "", [Received Date Column]@row<= TODAY(-3)), 1)
Then set up an automation to run when this flag column becomes flagged.
Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!
