Best Template for Managing Capacity of a Team
Hi everyone! We are hoping to leverage Smartsheets to help our team understand how much we have on our plates. The net net: We believe we are operating overcapacity but need an easy way to show that - especially a way to see schedules.
Our team manages product launches plus a lot of product marketing projects, and we need to be able to view assignments, timing, etc and have it flow up to an easy to see dashboard. Anyone have a best practice template we can use?
